Spatchcocked Chicken and Ribs

I went over to Brian's house today:

We cooked four more of these:

Pitmaster Kiwi was there:

Then he spatchcocked one of these:

And put it on the egg:

For about 50 minutes:

Everything came out great!

Thanks - I hadn't looked at any of those threads, but a quick Google search confirmed that you're correct.

Maybe now I'll go back and read what everyone has to say about them!
 
I received a Rib-O-Later from Mike Monday and tried it with 5 wings and 5 legs for my wife and myself Monday PM. Needless to say---the chicken came out great!!! I am really looking forward to trying it with some spare ribs and some vegetables along with the ribs. This product does what it says---. Oh, when the kids come over, we will do some salmon.
