I walked in my local Walmart today and got sticker shock at some the prices as well. I wanted pork, but left with steel head trout.

We have two. I use the Ninja bottom loader one for frozen foods like fries, onion rings, chicken strips, etc. The latest one we bought I’ve done salmon, burgers, bacon, chicken, and it makes great baked potatoes.

I’m afraid this might happen to me next week.

I’d say 4 racks max. That recipe usually fits inside the little standard sized plastic sauce bottles for a dollar at Walmart. It just depends on how saucy you like your ribs.

I picked up some from TS a few weeks ago after seeing it on YouTube. It gave good flavor to some ribs I made for my oldest daughter’s birthday. Unfortunately, she hated the taste, but she doesn’t like onion or garlic much. I thought they were wonderful.

Fwiw, when I was a propane driver, everything was filled to 80%. Cylinder, home tanks, the filling station at hardware stores. 80% was considered max fill.
