@ChuckO, the bread is looking great, my man!! Love how it's opening naturally along those seams! In my opinion, the smell of freshly baked bread is at least as good as the smell of fresh bbq meats......maybe just slightly better.

Thanks Rich. Meant that I needed to feed the starter either way I like to stress it, but not more than 3 or 4 weeks between feedings.

This is pretty much what I did. I use honey not sugar and I activate my yeast and add it to the dough
