    Flame Boss 300 splitter

For those with the Flame Boss 300, can you just use a stereo 1/8" splitter to add the extra probes? $7.99 or $9.99 for a splitter seems high. Thoughts?

Maverick ET732 off by 40 degrees!!!

If you have both and need to tell the difference, the ones with the "oval" shape on the side of the plug going into the transmitter are the OLD version and won't work. The newer ones have a smaller plug shaped head.

Maverick ET732 off by 40 degrees!!!

Well, called them and got GREAT NEWS!!! Evidently the probes from the 2 ET73 (older units) are NOT compatible with the ET732 (New long range version). I have approx 8 probes and only two are for the new one. Swapped those out and looks like I'm in business again. So glad it was something...

Beef Tenderloin versus Beef Tenderloin Butt

Hi - I was in the store shopping for the Christmas Beef Tenderloin. I noticed there was a Tenderloin (which I have cooked in the past) and something I hadn't seen before, a Beef Tenderloin Butt. Is this the same thing with the "tail" cut-off? It was approximately the same price, am I better...
