Hi - I was in the store shopping for the Christmas Beef Tenderloin. I noticed there was a Tenderloin (which I have cooked in the past) and something I hadn't seen before, a Beef Tenderloin Butt. Is this the same thing with the "tail" cut-off? It was approximately the same price, am I better doing 2 of these Butts?
Is it the same thing just without the tail? Thanks!
