    FYI. 4 full racks fit easily on the 26" kettle

    21Lb Bird / 22.5 Kettle / Cherry Wood / ROTISSERIE ATTACHMENT

    here are the pics.. came out great!!! stuffed bird with apple/orange/onions. about six chunks of cherry.. 3h 15m total cook time.. 400 for the first 30 min. 300-350 the rest of the way. i made this.. another 20 Lber in the oven, and a 15LB prime rib... great meal..

    i have the CI grates for my performer... best purchase i've made.. I know that they dont make CI grates for the 26" kettle.. so this will help me with my decision.. are the grates thicker on the 26 incher than they are with the 18/22?

    Using My Rotisserie w/ My performer (counterweight question)

    Have a 18" wsm. Probably gonna try 3_2_1 method. Should I do 7 on wsm and 2 on my performer? Or only use wsm...2 on bottom rack of wsm, four using rib rack on top rack with one laying on top? Or will they all fit in my wsm? I'd like to use only wsm if at all possible..
