Rustoleum High Heat Ultra is what I used. It has more gloss.

Use GrillGrates alone. Use both side ,back side can be used as a flat top.

Thats funny,a couple years ago,we drove a hundred miles to pick ours up.It would't fit in our truck so we had to take it apart in the rain.It was worth it though...best gasser I have ever had...

Yea I love true CSR and what you get now from butts aren't bad either. I like to hit them with Dales steak marinade and grill them like a steak.

I use mine on my gasser mostly and have enough GG to most of the grill. That's all I have and I get higher temps than the old cast iron grates.
