    34 years and counting!

We ended up delaying everything on our actual anniversary opting for a full day of as little as possible, breakfast in bed, late lunch watching a movie (in bed) and that was so delightful we didn’t feel the need for the “nice” dinner I had planned so, the feast was translated until this evening...

    Cowboy Movies Needed

Let’s put it this way, my wife has four (4) copies of Casablanca! I actually stepped on one and lost the other somewhere, that’s Rio Bravo that is. The multiple “Casablanca” seems to have just happened!

    Happy B-Day @HankBates

Correction, we were married in 91 not 93! I feel pretty stupid! Yes, I was corrected this morning!

You know you're getting old when...

I’m so old I seem to have forgotten that our wedding was in 1991 not 1993! My wife and I were just talking about the year we were married! A mind is a terrible thing to misplace!

I don’t have that many tools for it nor wall space! If I had the wall space, I probably would find enough crap to fill it !

    Holding ribs after cooking?

7 hours of serving time is an awfully long time. This begs several questions not the least of which is how many guests will attend and, will this banquet have a starting time or is it a simple in and out as people come and go? How many racks of ribs do you expect to cook, what other items will...

    Craving Ribs

I suppose that means you need to only sell two if you only do three! You are truly an amazing master Kemper! I have only had two people as if they could buy anything I grilled or smoked and they were both very seriously under the influence of…all kinds of intoxicants!

Worth the time, fresh ricotta spread!!!

1-lb. Fresh whole milk ricotta 1-cup coarsely chopped fresh basil Zest and juice of one lemon Salt and pepper as desired (I actually used no pepper) Grilled/toasted STURDY BREAD (I had grocery store “baguette” which was too wimpy) Food processor! Mixer would work but, processor truly shines...
