Haven’t made Ribs in a while so Cooked 3 Racks of St Louis Style Spare Ribs
I guess they Smelled good because 3 different neighbors came over & asked if I’d sell them a Rack. Sold all 3 Racks & I didn’t get to eat 1 Rib!! Lol

I suppose that means you need to only sell two if you only do three!
You are truly an amazing master Kemper!
I have only had two people as if they could buy anything I grilled or smoked and they were both very seriously under the influence of…all kinds of intoxicants!
