    Anyone find the new WSM probe rubber hole useless?

    I have notched the rim for my cyberq but I have stuck a temp stick in the hole and left with the probe inside and the display outside to check what my probes were indicating. It worked pretty good that way and although it isn't perfect it gave me a reference that was close.

    Managing smaller pieces of lump coal

    I start with feeling the bag and rotating it to try to get a bag with fewer small pieces. Then I dump the charcoal out and use the larger pieces. I only need the larger pieces because of using it with the kbb.

    What do you do with your foil drippings?

    What do you do with the drippings left in the foil from your butts and ribs? I have started supersonic the fat and adding the drippings to my chopped pork before vacuum sealing. It always seems to make it a little greasy. What do you do with it? Any other uses for it?

    Ribs look amazing! Last one that I did, I used a store bought tub and added cinnamon and turbinado sugar. Your right about the cinnamon, great addition!
