    Salmon suggestions?

    Steve Raichlen has a recipe for Mojo Marinated Salmon kabobs that I have made several times. Basically you marinate the salmon in Mojo for an hour and then you grill it. My wife tells me that this is the best thing that I have made.

    Any truth to the "rumor" that you should remove the bark from sassafrass wood before putting it in the smoker? I read somewhere that the bark will produce a bitter taste.
