Yep, that's how I made mine. Next time I'll cut back on the cumin and chili powder. It was a little too much.

Our daughter wanted red beans and rice so I built the meal around that. A whole chicken parted, marinated in Walkerswood marinade (can make from scratch, but this is good stuff), red beans and rice, and Jamaican carrots. Not any in-process pics, but the end result was great.

Don't let it go. I have my original that is tearing apart from the top. I have a new one right next to it (a couple uses), but refuse to revert to it until my original falls apart. I think it has another year or two in it.

I, too, am a Panthers fan and they haven’t given me much hope. The few times I’ve seen interviews with the owner he doesn’t seem to me to take it seriously. Prior to the panthers I was a bengals fan. I can’t win.
