    Cajun Bandit vs. Weber Rotisserie

Here is the 22" Cajun Bandit ring on the Stacker for the Kettle & WSM Here is how the ring fits on the Stacker I don't have any pics of the rolled edges on the ring, but they are similar to the Stacker to give you an idea of the quality. You won't be disappointed.

    Rib-o-lator install in progress =)

How is this working out? I still have the original set of ROL trays that Bob G. cut down to size to fit my Weber & EZ-Que ring for the 22" kettle and every set that I've used since have worked flawless right out of the box. just sayin!

OTS - How to plug up the slots?

Since you are planning to go the Cajun Bandit route and make it a comp cooker (excellent choice I might add!) here is something that you might consider- find a suitable tray for an ash pan under the grate. I used a pan from an old Weber/Sears Economy kettle. I realize that this is going to...

    Winter Smoking survey

Year round for me here in the Pacific Northwet! I've been using my 22" WSM with the Pellet Pro/Cajun Bandit Stacker in low 20* temps and it doesn't miss a beat! The shed is stocked with enough lump and briqs to get me through for a long time. And I have an insulated Backwoods, Big Green Eggs...

CB High Air Flow Charcoal Ring for 22.5" WSM?

On the Gen1 WSM the intake vents are lower in the bowl and had a tendency to get clogged with ash using the stock ring. People came up with mods like spacers on the bolts to raise the grate/ring above the vents. Cajun Bandit's High Airflow charcoal ring has tabs that the grate nests into and...

**I'm going to the Dark Side and taking a Bullet with me!**

It has a Smoke feature, it does not run off the thermometer, but a timed auger cycle. Can't give you exact temps, Dennis Correa at Smoke Daddy could fill you in on the specs, better than myself. The Grill settings are from 180-450*, so if I wanted to do a Papa Murphy's Pizza, I'd be feelin'...
