    brought a performer Gold, the wife said it can stay under the pergola providing i dont use the black cover! (says it looks junky) now it gets a little rain from the gap by the fence, same as direct sun! will it crack over time? and can i use a car dash cleaner? thanks

    Top rack not secure on WSM 18.5

    Had an issue with my top grate! Then one day I put the grate on the ground, and I noticed one side was up in the air! There was a 1cm difference (out of whack) rang weber up and they courier me out a new rack the next day, problem fixed!

    Tatonka Dust

    Used the Tatonka Dust last night on some sirloin steaks! Now I found it turned the steaks black & not very good looking and very salty! Is it ment to be rubbed in or not? Or have I used to much? Cheers

    Table for WSMs

    I use an old ironing board, you know the old heavy metal ones! Good thing is it lives outside all year (rain hail shine) is adjustable in height! Has 5 S hooks on it for tongs and wsm lid! I also use it as a food prep table and good for ya empty beer cans!!

    Hi did some beef ribs in the wsm, did the 3, 2, 2 method! They came out looking and smelling great! Injected with stubbs and rubed with mad hunky general! Problem was the thin meat ones fell of the bone but the real meaty ones were tough as my work boots! So where did I go wrong?

    any mods done on the charcoal grate?

    Hi, I seem to loose so many heat beads and small bits of charcoal down the sides of the charcoal grate! is there a quick fix for this? was thinking of buying another grate and turn in around on top of the existing one? but that would make it hard to lift in and out? cheers
