+1 I have never heard those two words in the same sentence at my house.
I purchased the ET-7 a few months ago and fresh out of the package the unit would flash LLL or HHH. It did that for a few minutes and then started working.
I was cooking a brisket in 15 degree weather last weekend and then darn thing started flashing multiple numbers when only one probe was...
I went around the edge of the kettle lid with a pair or channel locks and bent it out and then sat it on the drum and used a rubber hammer to persuade it back in place.
The lid doesn't need to be air tight but it can't have enough holes to let the draft change from bottom to the top.
I have brought PP in to work a few times now and always cook it the weekend before and reheat it in a crock pot with a little finishing sauce.
I like my sleep too much to tend to a cooker on a work night.
