That's the one I have. I haven't used it much either, but have enjoyed cooking Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches and Quesadillas on it. If you go with this type product, make sure you have some griddle cleaning tools. It will make a messy jog a lot easier.

I love my Weber tongs and my Dexter spatula. But I've got to get me some of those Artisan Griller gloves!

I reverse sear all the time with burgers. We prefer ground chuck, and it really helps reduce flare ups from all the grease. I flip once with the charcoal baskets to the sides, then flip and pull the baskets under the burgers, then flip once again. But hey, have fun experimenting!

50/50 mix of Philly cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese, and then some chopped cooked bacon. I cook them loaded in a popper rack on my gasser, usually with a piece of foil under it to keep the tips from burning. Just cook until the cheese is melted.

I have the Sizzle-Q SQ180 that I bought off Amazon. Not as fancy as the Little Griddle, but it's all stainless and is less than $50.

I've been buying peach chunks from Fruita for several years now. I'm using their post oak chunks as I type this for a brisket :) Excellent product and prompt service. I just keep it in its original shipping box in my unheated storage room.

Another vote for Fruita. Their Peach is indeed awesome! I really like their Post Oak for brisket too.
