Any 2021 Weber Gas Grill Rumors?

2007 genesis ep-320 copper has held up well, 1 mile from the beach in Solana Beach north of San Diego. Genesis II is almost holding up well no rust etc. Could be our drier air, moderate temps?

    2016 New Weber Products

Read on another forum, someone signed up for an email list thing for Weber http://www.weber.com/grillofalifetime?utm_medium=rr-email&utm_campaign=grillofalifetime&utm_source=mailchimp And when you sign up, the email says, thank you for signing up for the "Summit Charcoal Grill List." Sounds...

    Minion method struggles

I can take that a step further and say, forget the WSM might as well build a natural pit in the ground! I know how to smoke. Done it for 7 years. The WSM is an awesome tool. I don't even care for her. Stuck outside for 7 years never covered, once. Never cleaned up after. Sometimes for months...

I'm sorry I never checked back in. Doesn't matter anyway because I haven't even installed mine yet. How did it go for you?

    Cast Iron Grates

Except for a slightly different color the PCI grates look darn close to non-coated. If they had non-coated grates for my EP-320 I may have bought them already (i have the SS Rods)

    Question about Stainless Grates.

Never bought the stainless before. They really that good? As in, don't need to be replaced every year? if so, I'll start converting each of my grills to them (3 of them). Too bad on the 18.5 I knew i should have grabbed one for my WSM

Accidentally bought a Natural Gas E-210. Options?

why not buy the propane manifold and switch it out? http://cgi.ebay.com/Weber-Prop...b080ffd#ht_933wt_911 Go ahead and ask them any questions. I bought a NG manifold for my EP-320 and they are great to deal with. Due to my own mistake, I bought the wrong year and they switched it for me no...

    Greasy Burners

time to clean my EP-320. Just bought a house and installed a NG line. So I have to convert my grill from Propane to NG with a new manifold. Lately I've been having a problem with my middle burner. It wasn't igniting while the rest of the burners were. Took off the flavorizer bars and lo and...

Replacing stainless steel door on Performer with butcher block

Will you keep the grill indoors? Care and Maintenance of the block itself if what I'd be concerned with. Shoot Dave Smith of boardsmith an email, he'll have the answer. http://www.theboardsmith.com/contact.php

    Thermometer Advice

Don't think the thermapen would be the best choice for monitoring cooking temps. The instant read/accuracy isn't needed so much there in my opinion

    Well Done Steaks

Making someone squeamish to eating a med-rare steak actually eating a rare steak is like taking a bag full of cow blood and shoving it down your throat. They don't want to, they don't want to. No means no. They've probably tried it your way, and they don't like it. My family eats raw blood...
