    Holding Pork Tenderloin for Guests

Kevin I`m sure your idea is best, I was just suggesting a way to transport a "cooked" piece of meat and maybe having it warm and ready to go when it gets there. I should just stay out,and leave this to the Profesionals/Scientists. Good luck Luke, I`m sure it will be great

    Holding Pork Tenderloin for Guests

If you do transport the loin in a cooler. I recommend filling a couple water jugs with hot water and placeing them in the cooler with the tenderloin. I use "Nalgene bottles" they are 32 oz. with good sealing lids and are durable. 2 of them works great. I have practiced this with porks Butts...

honestly - is weber one touch better than Lowes knockoff?

Pull the trigger on a CL silver. Cook on it once and you will know you made the right choice. If by chance you second guess it, go over to your neighbors when he is fireing up his square looken, tin thing from china. Then you will know

    Redhead restore/OTS to OTG mod

I think it was around 35 bucks after shipping and handling. In that ballpark anyway (Kinda high, I know). Not only that, the bowl was black like on the new stuff. I gave customer service part #`s for an (N) mastertouch. They forgot to mention that "all we have are black bowls, regardless of...

    Redhead restore/OTS to OTG mod

I thought I would share some pics of my new Redhead. I traded a 15$ CL black OTS for a "pretty beat" red OTS (N) with no ash tray and the one touch handle was broken off. This trade went down with my neighbor who fires his his kettle up only on holidays. He was sure he got the better end of the...

    My Hybrid smoker pics

Thanks for the compliment John, She is a big Bit#@. I don`t think I would go through with making another one. It was fun at the time but it was time consuming. If I did not work in a Maintenance shop that project would have never happened for me. Thanks again, love those cajun bandits

    Weber Identification - Lime Green

What a classic You don`t see many of those around. I agree, No need to drill into her. Buy her a new cover, she deserves it. What a great kettle

Which Grill would you choose? Wife gave the thumbs up to get a 3rd cooking device!

One-touch Gold gets my Vote, The new Performers and Platinums are so expensive, and for what? table space?. Craigslist is a good source if you want to save a buck. It takes patients finding what you want, but sometimes people find really good deals there.

    My CL "Brownie"

I picked this guy up on CL the other day. Didn`t need another kettle by all means, but nobody was bitting on the add. My heart got the best of me, "I thought that grill needs cleaned up" I`d like to touch up the chip on the lid someday, but finding some high temp paint that color is...

S J. Gold Mini WSM Smoker

I use a terra cotta saucer in mine also. I use the round aluminum piece that I cut out of the bottom of the pot as a "heat deflector". I put a little concave to it and put a piece of loosely rolled 1/4" thick aluminum foil between the saucer and the "deflector". I believe this is keeping the...

    SS Performers

Get the Performer! I have had kettles for ever but not a performer, untill this year. Its the way to go, its the cadilac of kettles. I do keep my brickets in the the bin, outside under the cover with no issues. I also live in a high desert climate with almost 0 humidity. I bought a scooper...
