I'm not sure where to post this but I wanted to share with you guys that I'll going on a 4 day BBQ trip to Austin!! To eat great BBQ and drink beer!! I will definitely go to Franklin's, Salt Lick, Snow's and a few others. Open to suggestions. It's my first time going to Texas. Cheers!!

I'm new too and like Den on my first cook I used a lot of fuel. Same case, temps were in the low 20s with some wind and it was only my 3rd cook.

My wife just put my CDN in the dishwasher. Now it reads 200 F. I'm looking for another one to replace it until I can afford a Thermapen.
