    Rolling Cart for WSM

My brother re-made this HF cart for his son n laws 14. I like the wood top for the finishing touch & covering the rough metal edge.

    Rolling Cart for WSM

I love my wood top-- plenty of room to work and easy clean-up. Lots of cooks and the wood looks the same (not burnt) as the day I finished it. Last year at a garage sale I bought a beach umbrella and mounted it to the back side of the cart. Works great smoking in the rain.

Advice please…..The search in progress for a Performer

Thanks DaveW for posting this on Monday July 18th. I had forgot to search CL for the double B in Weber. I emailed the seller and bought it on Tuesday the 19th. It sure wasn't used much and it was like new; $100 was a smokin deal in my mind.

    Mobile WSM??

The hole I cut in the top took the door removal into account, no problem opening or removing if you measure correctly.

    Mobile WSM??

It's pretty easy to lift the mid section off/up. I did have to lift it once during a cook it but it was not a problem for me. I have since added simple u shaped handles to the mid section and I used silicone tubing over the handles so they don't get hot.

    Mobile WSM??

I Love the WSM but hated how you could not move it (very easily anyway). Here's what I did (posted it on the Weber Kettle Club Site): http://weberkettleclub.com/forums/wsm-weber-smokey-mountain/my-diy-wsm-cart/
