Cooking the stuffing in the turkey

Has anyone cooked the stuffing inside the turkey while using kettle grill? (I am not a fan...but a request from sister!). My stuffing consists of bread, celery, onion, sausage, seasonings. Any advice? Safe to cook it the whole time? Weather calls for a high of 40. Thanks in advance and happy...

    Weber Kettle Premium color advice

Hi All, I'm going to purchase another Weber Kettle......maybe a Premium or maybe a Performance off Craigslist. I love the crimson and copper and to a lesser extent the green colors. Are there any pros and cons? Do they hold up long term or over high heat? Has anyone purchased and want to weigh...

Pork butt question: meaning to ask for a while...

Did the ribs, 2 pork butts this weekend...advice?

Ribs came out great although I think I need to add more wood chunks once into the smoking process. How much time can I expect two butts to take...I'm guessing 15-16 pounds. Looks like it could be rainy and windy. Has anyone used Kingsford Competition Charcoal? It is supposed to burn a bit hotter...
