when you read all 4,554 posts on the Smokey Joe Mini WSM Project... in one night, visit 3 Walmarts and 2 Chinese markets to find an Imusa Steamer Pot... the next day, buy 8 cans of spray paint... use 6, spend a week waiting for the 3rd coat to dry... in agony, and then realize you HAVE TO HAVE a 18.5 WSM because the mini is so darn good... so you can cook 6 birds instead of two.
