Jo Anne joined Weight Watchers last week, so with me as the family cook, guess I'll be doing the WW diet too, for awhile, maybe.
(it might make my speedo fit better this summer)

New mid-level smartphone, trying out the 5mp camera on it, so forgive the quality of the pics.

Yesterday was boneless skinless chicken breasts brined with water, salt, sugar, and garlic & onion powders.
First some reds in a ci skillet:

Added a piece of pecan, and a few 'over the hill' garlic cloves for smoke.

Don't think the garlic added any taste, but sure smells good while cooking.

I had peas and carrots with butter, she had green beans, since she hates peas with a passion.

Supper was super!
But I will bringing out the Pentax again.

Oh, and just kidding about the speedo.
I'd feel bad if anyone got a sudden visual, and lost their lunch.:D

Speedo, that's funny chit there. If I was to have anyone cook a WW meal for me I would pick you my friend, looks delicious.

Bob, you did a great job on that chicken. I agree with Joann on the peas. We too are doing out own version of WW.

Looks great, Mike. Pic's look fine too. I've been using my cell cam and just switched over to a Nikon for my next cook. Never seen the garlic thing on the coals. Well, plenty of my stuff has fallen through the grate, but never done it intentionally. Might give it a try.

Jim: Bob, did you NOT also take photos of this cook WITH your regular camera??!!

Bob: No, Jim.

Jim: Why not, Bob?

Bob: Because, Jim, I was going to only use my new fancy dancy Mid-Level Smart Phone camera.

Jim: Why, Bob?

Bob: What part OF THE ABOVE did you NOT understand, Jim?

Jim: The photos taken ABOVE, Bob!

Nice looking Diet Dinner Bob! :p
ps: i'm STILL hungry
