#wsmsmokeday16 In the Netherlands

This is how we participated in the WSM Smoke Day.
Today we prepared a rack of ribs brined in applejuice/lemon/ginger.
We smoked some veggies for a bulgur salade and made a cranberry/apple sauce.
We ended this Smoke Day with an espresso and a home made coffee/chocolate liqueur.

Caspar, thanks for sharing your Smoke Day cook from the Continent! :) Great pics, and the pork looks like it's going to be tasty (or, maybe it already was tasty?) I've got a rack of pork (or rib roast) that I'm defrosting for my Smoke Day dinner, too.
