This is how we participated in the WSM Smoke Day.
Today we prepared a rack of ribs brined in applejuice/lemon/ginger.
We smoked some veggies for a bulgur salade and made a cranberry/apple sauce.
We ended this Smoke Day with an espresso and a home made coffee/chocolate liqueur.
Caspar, thanks for sharing your Smoke Day cook from the Continent! Great pics, and the pork looks like it's going to be tasty (or, maybe it already was tasty?) I've got a rack of pork (or rib roast) that I'm defrosting for my Smoke Day dinner, too.
