twenty wings minus the tips marinated in Goya Mojo Criollo overnight...
then seasoned with PIG SALT and a little of something else I don't remember
without the waterpan in place, the charcoal chamber of the 22"WSM had a layer of used Kingsford and some lump
I added a full chimney of lit Kingsford to that and added the wings atop
added a few hunks of apple wood for smoke
after a good twenty minutes or so...
I mixed two bottles of Frank's sauces together...
then completely covered each wing with this mixture.
covered the Weber until they were cooked.
inside the house, roasted cauliflower and baked potato slabs were ready for eetin'
yeah, those wings look ugly, but man o man, they pack a punch!
pretty tasty, but after 2 or three, look out! Grab a cold one to heal the heat
