Either put a umbrella or pop up over it or move it to a covered location.

When storing flip the mid section over and rain won't enter.
OBTW Welcome to the forum!:wsm:

I use a pop up shade tent thingy if it is really raining.
If it is drizzling (which is most of the time here) I just suffer through it.

On a side note,
I’d sure like to find a large shade umbrella that can be clamped to things.

I’ve just installed a second “Umbrella holder” on the “inside” leg of the Overperformer so now I have one on each side. ~14”piece of 2” PVC secured with hose clamps. So far between the windscreen and the umbrella, I’ve been pretty well safe from any rain intrusion. Watch, next time it will pour and ruin the whole thing!

I have a popup canopy (10' x 10') that I got from Walmart. I put that up if rain is expected during a cook. The canopy I have came with stakes to anchor the legs, though I probably wouldn't try to use it in high winds.
