I inquired about the recipe a few days ago
I got advice and cooked
In conclusion, the cooking was successful
But there were some trials and errors
Two big chimneys have been ignited
After putting it into WSM, it reached 350F and put 7 chickens!
But soon the temperature went down
It ignited the chimney and continued to be put in
It didn't go above 290F
When I opened the fuel inlet and checked, it felt like it was turning off
I thought the air didn't work well.
But after about 3 hours of cooking, it was delicious
But I didn't do searing on the chicken skin, so the skin was tough, so I ate it deliciously with a torch
