Woody (Chicken) Breast Syndrome

I'm always learning something new. Yesterday a friend told me about Woody Breast Syndrome. This might explain some of the tough chicken breasts I've encountered in the past few years.

Well, that explains some pretty tough, disappointing chicken breast cooks!

So that's why I don't like chicken breasts. It used to be our go to, but now my favorite chicken is the thighs and drums
