It's been awhile since I actually posted any cooks, actually it's been awhile since I've cooked. WE did some of Larry's famous PSB. I have to say, we do like it on a nice roll with some chez, but we REALLY love it over rice. We're thinking the next batch to come out of the freezer may go over some type of noodles, I'll share some pics.
You all know the routine you crazy food lookers like ourselves. We couldn't find one four pound chuck roast so we bought two to bring it up to speed.

Some S&P and onto the 22" OTS for some indirect.


I got the veggies all sliced up and once these puppies hit the temp, into the pool for a nice hot bath.

It had to be finished in the oven but we couldn't taste the difference :) Shredded and back into the oven to reduce.

And onto the bun with some chez, and banana pepper rings. This stuff rocks!

This made about five meals for us, and that's pretty cool. We get to eat it a couple of more times before I need to make more.....and there will be more!

Put up a doggy bag in the freezer, please. Will be driving to Linthicum Heights in
January for a Sales Training Seminar. I could stop off and pick up my portion on the way!!!!!!;)

I've only made it with a bed of onions, my dear wife abhors peppers, any peppers, all peppers. :(

Gene you sure made it look good. I made it for the first time myself a few weeks ago. Dang good stuff. I'll have to try it over rice as well sometime.
