Hello everyone. I am a true Gary Wiviott disciple. I've got an offset grill & so far I've only used recipes for chicken halves on all of my cooks (from The Art of Low & Slow book)(Recently modified the cheap offset & looking forward to even better cooks & eventually coiking ribs. Mmmm...
