yep, marinated in Wickers over night, then seasoned with Penzey's Northwoods...
these pork chops were destined for greatness!

a coupla old Vidalia onions trimmed of rot, oiled up and set in CIS'ers

Now you know, that I know, what Wicker's is, but your header 'Wicker-Soaked' had me thinking about, you know, that chair etc material.:rolleyes:

I will have to try and find some wickers or make a knock off, the pork soaked in that stuff looks so tasty. You also have the best CIS collection i have ever seen!
