I've had a WSM 22.5 for several years now and love it, but I'm finding that it's not big enough when I want to do some meat and a few sides (mac & cheese, baked beans) at the same time. So my question is, can the smaller models (specifically the 14) hold a half pan? Trying to figure out what size to get for a backup/overflow smoker.
