What's that mountain in old Summit Logo

Just a weird bit of trivia...

I was grilling a flat iron steak last night on my 2002 Summit 450 grill. I sat down across from the grill and got to looking at the logo.

I had noticed the mountain in the logo many times before...but never realized that it's actually a Flavorizer bar.

I am amused by the oddest things.

It is “Mount Flavor” representing the summit of grilling ecstasy one might achieve using Weber products!

I would have looked at that my whole life and never put the two together.

Summit, pointing up ^ equals good things I would imagine if you climb to the peak.
