On the road again with my JJ and Smokey. Came down to Bay Area to take care of a few maintenance items at the house down here. Just me this trip so I wanted something easy and simple. Apropos! I felt like a burger but there wasn't a lot in the fridge. I decided to just wing in and throw something together. Here's a few pic's of last nights dinner.
I did buy a pound of burger on the way down. Found some Pepper Jack, a Roma Tomato and a nice ripe avocado. No lettuce on hand. Bummer.
Got the first flip and got ready for a couple slices of the pepper jack.
Got the cheese on and gave it a good melt. Got the buns on too.
Burger patty and the buns all done.
All plated up and ready to eat. Had to have some Tots to go along with the burger, and finally a few chocolate chip cookies to top everything off!!
That's it. Quick and easy dinner. Thanks for looking.
