What's Better than Weber Left Overs

So the CEO said we should do left overs for Friday night, I went to the fridge and rummaged a little and found left over this

Took the Al Pastor, in a saute pan with some fresh onions on first and done slightly then a 1/4 cup chicken broth for moisture. Covered it and took it off the heat to warm gently.

Grabbed the Molcahete and some ingredients
