What are you smoking for the Superbowl 2014?

Ill be doing moinks, ABTs, taco/salsa scoops appetizers pregame (game is 4:30mst for us) and some brats and homemade fries at halftime. Nice and simple.

I'll be doing some baby backs on the performer. I'll finish them with a homemade beer reduction BBQ sauce. The beer of choice will be New Belgium Frambozen for the sauce. I'm thinking about doing another item to go along with it, but haven't decided yet.

This sounds really good. How do you serve it? I've been grilling for years and have never heard of PSB. I'm definitely going to give it a try. Looks similar to pot roast.

Hi Cliff; they are extremely tasty! I do like with a little rice, flat bread along with some roasted peppers and tomatoes. A bit of tzatziki sauce.... As for the kofta, there are as many different versions as there are cities in Turkey! I like them a bit on the spicy side and use ground lamb and beef. I've seen them shaped as a kebob or as patties. Either way is good by me!
