It started off with a nice bacon cheeseburger lunch and ended with a ribs, potatoes, and brussel sprouts supper.

Outstanding looking lunch and dinner!!! What so you have going on in the CI skillet?

That's my garlic, rosemary, chive infused olive oil. I brushed on the potatoes with the oil as they cooked. I added some solids to the oil and then tossed the potatoes in the mixture prior to serving. Picked that up off the Cook's Illustrated iphone app. They tasted GREAT!

I cooked the sprouts in some herb butter and butt rub.

The ribs had a hoisin sauce glaze and then a light coat of Bourbon-Q Sauce.

SWMBO did the tomatoe, mozorella, balsamic vin and oil caprese and a garlic cheese bread.
