Wet marinated chops with hickory

Got these going with some marinade in the afternoon. IMG_1038.jpegAfter a few hours I put my rub on them and prepped the Performer. IMG_1039.jpegDid a smoke with some hickory until about 220 then seared. IMG_1040.jpegIMG_1041.jpegIMG_1042.jpegPulled them at about 148. Had a delicious salad and fresh bread.
