So started last night with four boneless Pork Chops in the brine of brown sugar Kosher and whole cloves
Tonight some quartered Endive, EVOO, granulated garlic and lemon pepper and Thyme on the Genesis first
Everything lined up including Oyster Shrooms, the chops have Penzeys Spanish Paprika, Kosher and fresh Ground
Chops on the CI until browned lightly both sides and Endive about to be pulled
Chops on the grate, the CI deglazed with a little red wine and the Shrooms on
Some powdered McCormicks Gravy mix and a little chicken broth added and reduced and the Chops back on to finish
On the table with some nice German Potato Pancakes hooked up inside by the CEO, your plate, enjoy
