Here's a clean out the fridge meal with a Mexican bent. Due to the mess that I was making in the kitchen and my low expectations for this meal, there are no prep or grill shots (sorry Jim). The avocados were turned into guacamole. I mixed ground turkey with shredded Mexican cheese, Penzey's Adobo seasoning and breadcrumbs. This was stuffed into the peppers and they were cooked indirect for a little longer than I intended, then covered and skinned.
