Wednesday night were pork steaks seasoned with Oakridge Secret Weapon

cooked indirect at 300ºF for 90 minutes

served with broccoli and Yukons

Friday night started with mushrooms

tossed on a coupla chuck eyes

those were seasoned with Oakridge Santa Maria seasoning

served with baby Yukons with the 'shrooms and Brussels sprouts and onions

then last night, 5 pounds of country style ribs were briefly marinated in Goya Picante then set on the 26"OTG

indirect the entire 3 hour cook at about 300ºF with apple wood for flavour

then tossed into a foil pan... used up the Sticky Pig with a bottle of Maull's

sat in the covered pan on the Weber for an hour still indirect
then served up with sweet potatoes and sautéed peppers, onions and nopales...

sliced the large portion into 3 then dumped more sauce over it all

it was terrifically tender! the remaining pork will be shredded for pasta tomorrow.

Jim everything looks great. I'll take a plate of each! Hopefully they were not "Dry cooks"...
 
I miss using my 26". I started out with it and began my love affair with all things cooked in a Weber. Dang thieves in this neighborhood. It's a shame you can't leave things like this out in your own backyard.

But it enough about my problems, your problems looks much more enjoyable than mine! Great cook Jim!
 
Dang Jim I'm glad I saw this in the morning If I had seen that last night I would have thrown my dinner out! Really some great cooks sir!
