Wednesday Brats, Sausage and Poppers Galore

I have a co-worker who is leaving after work in the morning for vacation and wanted me to make
her some jalapeno poppers. She is visiting family in Florida and she has bragged up my poppers so
she wanted some to share with her family. So here is her batch of 26 poppers on the Performer with a
chunk of pecan and using RO Lump.

This group of poppers is done!

The next group is for our dinner tonight. These were huge poppers. These were seasoned with
Penzeys BBQ 3000.

While they were cooking I got the Brats and Kielbasa sausages ready. Seasoned them with Bone Suckin rub.

Plated with baked beans and leftover macaroni salad. Good thing I like spicy mustard, stupid squeeze bottle!!

Definitely a good filling Wednesday dinner.

Cream cheese and lots of cayenne and then covered with lil smokies, then wrapped in bacon. Also left most of the
seeds in them too, since she wanted them hot, but vetoed my idea of doing habeneros for her. I actually left most of the
seeds in our bunch too and I was surprised that my wife ate as many as she did, since she can be real wimpy when it comes to
spicy food.

I was surprised that my wife ate as many as she did, since she can be real wimpy when it comes to
spicy food.

I had the same experience this evening myself. Made some with sweet red/orange/yellow peppers in addition to the jalap's.
She ate a few including one of the 'green' ones. lol Good night for both of us.
