WEBER Vieluxe new life, New Year 2021

Congrats on the Vieluxe !!! Looks like you are at a good start, what a start of the year 2021!!
Sam btw the Landcruiser is great hope to have one.

My deal is the cabin only has power by generator and solar so we wouldn't use it any way.. thats why i figure just plug it and if i am wrong i can just hook it up.

Use it for making pizza :D Damn I should put my Genesis back on LP, take it up to MN and swap you for that beauty!

So here it is.. with the summit orfus. Turn it to high. Perfect.. seems not much adjusting when u turn it to low... however if u go from high to turning it off.. u can get it way down... is there a way to flip the adjustment?? First pic high.. Second almost off..

When you're running them exposed like that there isn't a lot of adj. Do the valves have click stops or are they like a kitchen stove and adjust continuously? On an outdoor appliance there does not need to be much difference in the flame to make a big difference in temps

Those look pretty good to me. How does that sear thingy on the top work?

Oh, and is the cookbox all aluminum or is there a steel panel in the front?

I thought that was the rotisserie buner.. it gas a nob on the control panel. And a small and large gas valve running to it. The small valve goes to the ignitor side. Large gas line goes to other side.. there is also a cover that goes over it.

Then you're golden my friend. Get some blank spuds, size them or have them sized for LP and enjoy that beast. Hell I would bring a smaller grill up north and keep that one at my home if I were you. Put that beauty on display! It's a Holy Grail
