where are you located? The shipping price to 32953, Merritt Island, FL has me hesitant. I’m trying to replace my red top porcelain that got damaged in a hurricane. Thanks -James

Heck, I delivered one to Alabama for 40!
I was going to within 30 miles of the guy that wanted it anyway so, I figured that was a pretty fair price. $100:too rich for my blood.
I’ll watch for a donor

LOL: I did the same. I delivered a blue head to someone in Kansas City and then one down to someone near Dallas a few years back on a trip south.
But regular shipping is a killer.

Will look into shipping and get back to you

Shipping is expensive on these. I have a red and a maroon lid for a 3 burner I am thinking of selling.

I have several lids I could part with if the price to ship them wasn't so high.

Ahhhh, business account explains it. Is that just for the lid or lid with end caps and handle?

I just shipped the same lid, with end caps, plus a few other bits for $35 with FedEx Home Delivery. It was only going from NJ to Western PA. Perhaps that's why the rate was so low. Removing the end caps and placing them inside the lid helped to reduce the package size, and with it, the shipping cost.

You might check Greyhound Package Express (also check how reliable it is).
Greyhound is the CHEAPEST, if you are willing to have no tracking and it being slow. I have had car doors and other large bulky parts shipped from rust free southwest up here to Massachusetts on greyhound. Would have been cost prohibitive any other carrier.
