Well the ad used to say 1/4” now it said 7mm. I didn’t have my hopes up real high. I have a set of the old ones on my work grill. Those are better.

So, same product but different specs?

And the Weber stamped ones are superior to those. I'm telling you again your missing an opportunity with those, especially since you can sandblast them which would save a ton of work.

The two sets I’ve done, have had some amount of pitting to them. The one set I ended up donating to the ball park grill. Not sure if the average buyer would notice, but I’ve got a couple of spirits I’m planning to use a couple sets on

They just have to start off clean. I've got some new ones and they aren't particularly shiny to begin with. The other thing about them is they discolor the first time you use them anyway and don't have that non-stick quality to them until they get a little greasy and dirty.

Those will probably be fine, the 9mm version was pretty decent for the money when they were cheaper last year.

These are the best under $40 grates (not on sale) that have had my hands on. The center seam isn’t perfect, but the chamfer on the ends is consistent, and clean. As are the rod lengths. I’ve already ordered more.

That's a very good price for quality parts. If those flavorizers are the same as the ones I have bought in the past, they are top notch. I also know when doing a 300 series Genesis their burners FIT where the cheaper version I bought did NOT!

I’ve yet to have a bad product from Qulimetal. Votenli gets a slight nod on their bars. But $47 for burners and heavy bars is hard to beat.

I have their 7mm rods burners and heat deflectors on my 330 and they are all beautiful. Chamfers are all even. Rod length and spacing is on point.

Qulimetal's stuff is hard to beat have a set of grates from 2018 when they were first coming into the market a bunch of us got them for $29.95 they had a coupon, good old days Amazon not charging sales tax at the time so saved a few bucks there also. Still using them on my Silver C no complaints bought a set of their flavorizer bars for $40 bucks in 2022 no complaints with those either. Thats a great deal for bars and burners.
