I think I will be ordering a couple of the Parts direct burners. I got a couple of these packaged tubes and bars at a good discount, but constantly having to alter them is annoying.

Well, this is the way I look at this situation. Yes, you can modify these to work, but you shouldn't have to regardless of how cheap they were. Just keeping them rewards and encourages the seller/manufacturer to keep making them wrong and it's not really fair to you or the person you pass the grill on to.

Believe me, had I known at time of purchase they’d be sent back. I didn’t get to these until well passed the return date. When I’m done with it it’s going to be fine and work as it should without risk of anything major happening.

That being said, the flavor bars are absolutely exceptional.
 
They didn't used to be like that until this year. They must have changed their source or manufacturing process for the burner tubes at some point.

I ordered these in the fall, prime deal days or cyber Monday I think. Votenli sets. Just didn’t get around to installing them until this spring.

I just started putting those Votenli bars in some flips this week and when I pulled them out of the packaging I was beside myself, couldn’t believe how thick and legit they are. Instant regret not buying more back then

They're probably too nice to even put in a flip.
 
Cody, I think the title is wrong on that listing. The flavo bars are only 15.3" long. I think they are for a front control Spirit E3xx. I don't think they would work in a Silver B very well.
