Madeline, are you still talking about the bottom shelf of your grill? You shouldn't have to remove a screw to get that off.Button head screw...I tried to poke it with my Allen wrench set... nothing budged.

I have seen this shelf on 3 grills one had a small screw, the others had a pop stlye revitButton head screw...I tried to poke it with my Allen wrench set... nothing budged.
Yes, I was. I think it's actually just were the clip was riveted onto the shelf. It fooled me into thinking it could be removed by it's shape, though. I thought you were identifying it as a buttonhole screw, which I haven't heard of.Madeline, are you still talking about the bottom shelf of your grill? I love this look!I you could do a mod similar to what this one has on the bottom with either slats and brackets off another grill or with wood slats and z brackets.

That should've been the design from the start - perfect match! Here is durawood (composite) bottom shelf along with trim from a Silver.
I like the look too, though it's a little wet from the rain today. The gray trim and the gray durawood go well together.

Gorgeous AND practical!I've revived a few by using the lower wire shelf from earlier models:
Worth searching for!Great suggestion, @JKim in MA . That's definitely an easier solution if @Madeline can locate a wire rack.
Gorgeous AND practical! And good to know they'll fit!
