Weber Genesis Platinum, I bought in Wausau,Wisconsin. Will be drastically modified.


 
I took the RCPlanebuyers flavorizer bars from my Genesis 5 grill, I was afraid my shipment of the flavorizer bars I just ordered wouldn't be here in time for the first cook.
The SS Platinum project is done as far as I'm concerned.

Your pictures were sideways. Makes it feel like you were standing to the side of the grill when taking the photo.
 
I had the treat of trying those cookies earlier this fall. They are awesome but dangerous!

Hope you will post pictures of the maiden voyage😎.
 
I kept a expense sheet on what this project costs, keep in mind I didn't figure gas to take parts here and there.
I didn't count my welding wire or welding gas, actual money from my pocket was $562.67 that includes the grill price of $125

EDIT= Opps, I forgot to add the flavorizer bars at $91.90
It's now $654.57 total.

Just one more small thing that's needs attention, I can't get over how close this Ford red implement is to my lid and the other powdercoated parts.
The knobs that i painted red matched International Harvester implement red but it was called a different red.1000008704.jpg
