The tubes that the 6 utensil hooks are on is not 1 and a 1/4 inch, therefore them hooks would not have worked.

There is no bias there Mark. They look incredible on the red lid, especially atop an SS frame.

If you like it that. Keep doing it, but it doesn't hurt to try something else, especially when you have a grill perfectly set up for it.

I like rotisserie and spatchcock chicken. Haven’t ever spatchcocked a turkey though, but would imagine similar results.
