Just make sure the rattle can is made for direct to bare metal applications. Otherwise you’ll have a rusty mess of a rack… given I don’t foresee this rig setting out in the elements much.
 
I'll call the guy in the morning and see if the sideburner cover is done or not, if not, I'll run up and see what the rack will cost.
 
Larry, I have used plasti-dip spray before. It is not the kid you actually dip stuff in. But it is not all that durable.
If you used the kind that you actually dip stuff, then yah. It goes on super thick, but the spray is just way too thin.

I meant the dip stuff. Had no clue they made a spray. Or perhaps pickup truck brush on bed liner
 
Just got back from my powdercoater with some prices.
The two 20 pound tanks=40 each.
